Belinda Bramwell, Pilates teacher

I have been practising Pilates for ten years and teaching it since 2014.  I believe it has a ‘magical’ effect in its ability to strengthen the body and declutter the mind!  As a teacher, one of the aspects I love most is sharing what I have learned with others.

Tracy Purdy, Pilates teacher

Pilates has had a huge impact on my life. Not only has it made me more body aware, increased my flexibility and core strength, it has given me the next chapter of my life. As a qualified teacher I truly believe that Pilates is for everyone!

Kate Kingman, Holistic Therapist

I had spent the last few years thinking about a career change from the often stressful environment of working for the bank. I decided that it would have to be something that I was both passionate about and interested in. I also knew that I wanted to work with people as that was the part of my job in the bank that I loved. I had been interested in the benefits of both massage and reflexology from being a teenager and decided to become a qualified therapist.

Megan Jenkins, Yoga teacher

I believe yoga to be a deeply creative practice, an intuitive and sensitive tool to help navigate our own individual and ever evolving needs, with a sense of awareness and curiosity.
