Our classes are led by Tracy Purdy, a qualified level 3 Pilates Instructor, who will help you to achieve a healthy, balanced and happy life through Pilates.
The Pilates method is the art of controlled movements. Pilates puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving balance. Everyone is encouraged to exercise at their own pace to get the best out of their practice.
