Free Rein Yoga

Free Rein Yoga is led by Megan Jenkins who runs a Vinyasa flow style yoga class every Sunday morning from 10 – 11.15am at the Heatons Studio.

This gentle yet challenging class explores the interplay between strength and ease in body and mind. Movement, meditation and breathing exercises are designed to encourage compassionate curiosity and self inquiry – honouring the unique experience of the individual.

All levels of experience welcome! If you would like to find out more before booking a class, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Please bring your own mat, wear loose comfortable clothing and arrive 5 minutes before the class for a prompt start at 10am every Sunday morning.
