Our main focus at present lies with helping you to achieve a healthy, balanced and happy lifestyle through Pilates, a form of exercise that improves core strength, posture, balance, flexibility and mobility.

Kate Kingman (Kate Kingman Wellbeing) is a Holistic Therapist who offers Reflexology, Massage and Baby Massage. Based at the Heatons Studio, also happily providing mobile treatments at homes and workplaces in the surrounding areas.
Megan Jenkins (Free Rein Yoga) is a yoga teacher who runs a Vinyasa flow style yoga class every Sunday morning from 10 – 11.15am at the Heatons Studio.
Luisa O’Hare from FaceFeatures offers natural facelift massage and luxury facials, as well as specialist facials for teens.
Our aim is to establish the Heatons Studio as a centre of health and wellbeing on many levels.
