This beginners Pilates class is led by Belinda Bramwell (JustBe Pilates) every Wednesday from 6:45 to 7:45pm at the Heatons Studio.
It is suitable for people who have no experience of Pilates or those who have limited experience and wish to consolidate their understanding of the key principles and basic exercises.
We do Pilates without shoes. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and socks.
