This transitioning beginners Pilates class is led by Belinda Bramwell (JustBe Pilates) every Tuesday from 9:45-10:45am at the Heatons Studio.
It is suitable for people who have some basic experience of Pilates and who are familiar with the key principles.
We do Pilates without shoes. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and socks.
