This transitioning and intermediate Pilates class is led by Belinda Bramwell (JustBe Pilates) every Tuesday from 8 to 9 pm at the Heatons Studio.
It is suitable for both people who have some experience of Pilates and are familiar with the basic exercises and key principles, and for those who are well versed with the exercises but still like to work at a moderate pace.
We do Pilates without shoes. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and socks.
