It is suitable for both beginners and for people who have practised Pilates before but prefer to main a slow and steady pace. It is also ideal for people who suffer with back issues and have found some Pilates exercises too challenging or unsuitable in the past.
We do Pilates without shoes. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and socks.
