The transitioning beginners class is 1 hour long and is suitable for people who have grasped the fundamentals of Pilates and have completed at least 30 hours of mat work in our classes. Transitioning beginners are usually able to complete most of the Pilates exercises and can begin to add in more resistance to them.

We do Pilates without shoes. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and socks.
