The Yoga Collaborative is a group of training teachers who come from different yoga backgrounds but are students at Yoga Campus. We share the belief that yoga is inclusive, a work in, not a work out, and non-competitive.
Starting in January 2020 the Yoga Collaborative will be holding Yoga classes every Sunday from 5:30-7pm at the Heatons Studio. The classes will be drop in and cost £5 initially.
We encourage listening to our bodies, honour any tiredness, injuries or tensions, and being kind to ourselves both on and off the mat is a continual practice!
We aim for restorative and refreshing experience while gently building strength and flexibilty – of mind and body. Breathe is THE most important thing, smooth and steady, helping to still our minds.
Anyway, if you leave feeling better than you did when you came in we feel we’ve done a good job!
