This intermediate Pilates class is led by Belinda Bramwell (JustBe Pilates) every Monday morning from 9:45 to 10:45am at the Heatons Studio.
It is suitable for people who are already familiar with Pilates and who have a good understanding of both the basic exercises and the key principles.
We do Pilates without shoes. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and socks.
