Our intermediate level Pilates classes are suitable for people who understand the fundamental principles of Pilates and have completed at least 50 hours of mat work in our classes.
Intermediate level participants can complete the majority of the traditional Pilates exercises and are able to to add more resistance to their exercise routine.
These classes will enable you to extend your knowledge of Pilates and your Pilates exercise routine in a supportive environment with the aim of becoming an advanced level practitioner.

We do Pilates without shoes. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and socks.
